Founder and Principal
Theresa brings over 30 years of experience in water and environmental consulting to Quantum. As President of Quantum, she uses her extensive experience leading large multidisciplinary technical staff, subcontractors, and consultants to develop a high quality comprehensive strategy that meets the needs of clientele. Theresa regularly provides expert testimony in Colorado Water Court Cases and has provided expert witness services on behalf of the State. She has served as President on the Colorado Board of Examiners of Water Well Construction and Pump Installation Contractors.
JOHN DELLAPORT, P.E., P.G.
Environmental Division Manager
John is a Professional Engineer licensed in Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah and a registered professional geologist in several states. He has over 35 years of experience in environmental consulting and has managed assessments and remediation of many complex sites throughout the U.S. As Environmental Division Manager for Quantum, he mentors staff on the development and execution of environmental projects and manages environmental cleanup and landfill closure projects valued at over $5M.
JOHN ANTHONY, R.G., C.E.G, C.P.H
John is an earth scientist and hydrologist providing comprehensive services in all aspects of interactions among water, the geologic environment, and naturally-occurring and anthropogenic geochemistry of aqueous systems. He has developed, applied, and promoted innovative techniques and approaches to ensure that the nature and extent of the issues on a particular project are clearly understood and defined.
CODY DELLAPORT, GISP
Geographic Information Systems Manager
Mr. Dellaport is responsible for thematic cartography, reference mapping, and 3D geographic animations leveraged through ESRI's ArcGIS Suite©. Mr. Dellaport is an expert in graphic design applications and specializes in using the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite© to produce compelling print and electronic media that depicts topics of a highly technical and scientific nature. Through the integration of the ArcGIS Suite© and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite©, Mr. Dellaport is among the vanguard of the fusion of digital graphic design and cartography.
LOGAN TROMLY, E.I.T
Logan is an environmental engineer-in-training with a background in mathematics. He provides engineering support in the collection of environmental samples from groundwater monitoring wells and soil vapor wells. As a Staff Engineer, Logan also supports water rights engineering projects including accounting, analyses of stream depletions for augmentation plans and support for Water Court applications. Logan is also an adapt in AutoCAD® and is currently Quantum's lead CAD drafter.
