Theresa Jehn-Dellaport

THERESA JEHN-DELLAPORT, P.G.

Founder and Principal

Theresa brings over 30 years of experience in water and environmental consulting to Quantum. As President of Quantum, she uses her extensive experience leading large multidisciplinary technical staff, subcontractors, and consultants to develop a high quality comprehensive strategy that meets the needs of clientele. Theresa regularly provides expert testimony in Colorado Water Court Cases and has provided expert witness services on behalf of the State.  She has served as President on the Colorado Board of Examiners of Water Well Construction and Pump Installation Contractors.

JEAN ERNSTBERGER, P.E.

Environmental Division Manager

Jeannine is a Professional Engineer licensed in Colorado, Wyoming, Arizona, Arkansas, Illinois, Ohio, and New Jersey. She has over 24 years of experience in environmental and civil consulting and has managed hazardous remediation, landfill monitoring, and regulatory compliance projects at various sized sites across the U.S. Jeannine is accustomed to managing complex projects with many moving parts at various stages of the environmental process from site characterization through remediation.

JOHN DELLAPORT, P.E., P.G.

Principal Engineer

John is a Professional Engineer licensed in Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah and a registered professional geologist in several states. He has over 35 years of experience in environmental consulting and has managed assessments and remediation of many complex sites throughout the U.S. As Environmental Division Manager for Quantum, he mentors staff on the development and execution of environmental projects and manages environmental cleanup and landfill closure projects valued at over $5M.

CODY DELLAPORT, GISP

Geographic Information Systems Manager

Mr. Dellaport is responsible for thematic cartography, reference mapping, and 3D geographic animations leveraged through ESRI's ArcGIS Suite©. Mr. Dellaport is an expert in graphic design applications and specializes in using the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite© to produce compelling print and electronic media that depicts topics of a highly technical and scientific nature. Through the integration of the ArcGIS Suite© and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite©, Mr. Dellaport is among the vanguard of the fusion of digital graphic design and cartography.

LOGAN TROMLY, E.I.T.

Project Manager

Logan is an environmental engineer-in-training with a background in mathematics. He provides engineering support in the collection of environmental samples from groundwater monitoring wells and soil vapor wells. As a Project Manager, Logan also supports water rights engineering projects including accounting, analyses of stream depletions for augmentation plans and support for Water Court applications. Logan is also adapt in AutoCAD® and is currently Quantum's lead CAD drafter.

MADISON MEISSNEST, E.I.T.

Staff Engineer

Madison is skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously. She provides support in the collection of environmental samples, groundwater monitoring, soil vapor screening, database management, and AutoCAD® support. She is skilled in accurate data collection and reporting. As an environmental engineer, she supports large environmental, water rights and water resource projects.

RACHINA RANDOLPH

Business Manager

Rachina brings over 15 years experience in accounting and job costing functions. Rachina has over 9 years of leadership training with teams ranging from 5 to 50. Rachina is an expert in numerous accounting platforms and is proficient in 7 programming languages. As Quantum’s Business Manager, she handles the administrative aspects of running the business, such as accounting and payroll.
