THERESA JEHN-DELLAPORT, P.G.
Founder and Owner
Theresa brings over 30 years of experience in water and environmental consulting to Quantum. As President of Quantum, she uses her extensive experience leading large multidisciplinary technical staff, subcontractors, and consultants to develop a high quality comprehensive strategy that meets the needs of clientele. Theresa regularly provides expert testimony in Colorado Water Court Cases and has provided expert witness services on behalf of the State. She has served as President on the Colorado Board of Examiners of Water Well Construction and Pump Installation Contractors.
MIKE POMPLIANO, P.E.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mike is a Senior Environmental Engineer with 18 years of experience on federal, state, city, and commercial remediation projects. He has supported the investigation, treatment, and evaluation of impacted groundwater, soil vapor, landfill, and indoor air sites in Colorado and around the US. His roles include program manager, project manager, project engineer, and field team leader. He has extensive experience managing complex remediation projects and has implemented numerous in situ and ex situ treatment technologies. He is also experienced with the sampling and management of emerging contaminants including PFAS, 1,4-dioxane, and 1,2,3-trichloropropane.
CODY DELLAPORT, GISP
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Mr. Dellaport leads thematic cartography, spatial analysis, geostatistics, and 3D geospatial visualization using Esri’s ArcGIS platform. He integrates GIS with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite to produce high-quality, publication-ready maps and graphics that effectively communicate complex scientific and technical concepts. With expertise spanning both geospatial analysis and graphic design, he delivers visually compelling and analytically rigorous products for multidisciplinary projects. Mr. Dellaport adheres to GIS industry best practices in alignment with standards established by the Geographic Information Certification Institute (GISCI), ensuring the development of defensible geospatial data, workflows, and deliverables.
MATHEW BESHEARS, P.G.
Environmental Division Manager
Mat is a Professional Geologist licensed in California with over 13 years of experience in mining exploration and production, environmental hydrogeology, and geologic investigations. As Environmental Division Manager, he provides technical oversight and project management support on environmental and water resource projects, delivering innovative, practical solutions for clients and stakeholders. He has strong proficiency in drilling and logging methods across mining, water resources, and environmental sectors. His strong commitment to safety is complemented by attention to detail and clear communication, ensuring high-quality results are delivered without compromising the well-being of teams or project integrity.
COURTNEY WEBER, E.I.T.
Staff Engineer
Courtney is an environmental engineer-in-training with expertise in environmental monitoring and data analysis. As a Staff Engineer at Quantum, she plays a key role in supporting the team on environmental and water projects. Courtney’s hands-on experience includes fieldwork and environmental sample collection across a variety of mediums, including soil, air, stormwater, soil vapor, and groundwater. She is also skilled in data management, verifying and analyzing field data using electronic methods.
WILLIAM LAMMONS, E.I.T.
Staff Engineer
William Lammons is an Environmental Engineer with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. He supports environmental site assessments, groundwater and soil investigations, regulatory reporting, and stormwater compliance efforts across Colorado. William combines field experience with strong technical writing and data analysis skills to deliver clear, defensible solutions for clients and agencies.

MAXWELL MAULDIN
Environmental Scientist
Max is an Environmental Scientist with experience in soil sampling, groundwater sampling, and water quality analysis. He has a background in geotechnical drilling for environmental remediation projects and groundwater monitoring well installation.
JOHN DELLAPORT, P.E., P.G.
Senior Engineer
John is a Professional Engineer licensed in Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah and a registered professional geologist in several states. He has over 35 years of experience in environmental consulting and has managed assessments and remediation of many complex sites throughout the U.S. As Environmental Division Manager for Quantum, he mentors staff on the development and execution of environmental projects and manages environmental cleanup and landfill closure projects valued at over $5M.
