John has over 30 years of environmental consulting experience in multiple states across the United States. As Environmental Division Manager for Quantum, he leads and mentors staff on the development and execution of environmental projects.

John specializes in cleanup and risk-based closure of sites impacted by chlorinated solvents, petroleum hydrocarbons, and RCRA metals. He has managed and executed dozens of in-situ and ex-situ remediation projects using advanced reductive dechlorination, bioaugmentation and chemical oxidation techniques.

Mr. Dellaport provided oral and written testimony on a wide variety of projects ranging from Subtitle C landfill operation, dry cleaner remediation, vegetable oil spill cleanup, and permitting requirements for a petroleum condensate transfer facility.
