John has over 30 years of environmental consulting experience in multiple states across the United States. As a Senior Engineer for Quantum, he leads and mentors staff on the development and execution of environmental projects.

John specializes in cleanup and risk-based closure of sites impacted by chlorinated solvents, petroleum hydrocarbons, and RCRA metals. He has managed and executed dozens of in-situ and ex-situ remediation projects using advanced reductive dechlorination, bioaugmentation and chemical oxidation techniques.

Mr. Dellaport provided oral and written testimony on a wide variety of projects ranging from Subtitle C landfill operation, dry cleaner remediation, vegetable oil spill cleanup, and permitting requirements for a petroleum condensate transfer facility.
